Data needed:
1. Specific information of the project location;
2. Basic information of the swimming pool (such as size, water depth, water temperature, indoor or outdoor, etc.).
3. Basic information of the swimming pool (such as area, floor height, glass surface, etc.).
4. Location of the machine room (and whether the power capacity is sufficient, etc.).
5. Unit placement.
Note: The initial heating time of competitive and special swimming pools should be 24- 48h; The time of filling water in the secondary pool should not exceed 48h, and the time of filling water in the recreational and water swimming pools for the first time should not exceed 72h.
Calculation of pool water heating, heat loss and water replenishment:
When heating the pool water, it is divided into two cases: one is the initial heating of the pool water, and the other is the heating of the pool water.
It must be clear that the selection of swimming pool machine for swimming pool water heating is based on the initial heating load, and the constant temperature heating load of the swimming pool, take the maximum load for unit selection.
Calculation of constant temperature heating of swimming pool water:
The heat required for pool water heating shall be the sum of the following heat consumption:
1. Heat loss from evaporation of pool water surface;
2. Heat conduction loss of tank wall and bottom and heat loss of pipeline and equipment;
3. Make up the heat required for heating fresh water.
