How to install the solar collectors for solar water heaters or central water heating system?
1. Direction and lighting of collector
(1) The best installation direction of solar collector is 5 º due south by West. When the site cannot meet this condition, it can be changed within the range of less than 20 ° to the West and less than 10 ° to the East (adjust towards 15 ° to the West as far as possible).
(2) Ensure maximum lighting of solar collector and eliminate shading. If multi row installation is required, the minimum limit value of the space between the front and rear rows shall be 1.8 times of the height of the front row solar collector (conventional calculation method: first calculate the local solar angle at the winter solstice, i.e. 90 º – 23.26 º – local latitude; then measure the height of solar energy; finally calculate the spacing value by using the trigonometric function formula or ask the technicians of the company for help). When the space cannot meet the above conditions, the height of the rear collector can be raised so that the rear is not shaded. If the household anti reaction integrated function is installed in one row, try not to install multiple rows.
2. Fixing of solar collector
(1) If the solar water heater is installed on the roof, solar collectors shall be reliably connected with the girder of the roof, or a tripod shall be installed on the wall under the eaves, and the solar support and tripod shall be connected and tied firmly with steel wire rope;
(2) If the whole solar water heater is installed on the ground, the foundation must be made to ensure that the support does not sink and deform. After the construction, the solar collector must be enclosed to prevent damage by external factors.
(3) The installed product can resist force 10 strong wind when no-load, and the product must take lightning protection and fall prevention measures.
(4) Each row of collector array must be on the same horizontal line, uniform angle, horizontal and vertical.
