Why can air source heat pump work stably at - 25 ℃?
Many people's misunderstanding of air source heat pump mainly focuses on whether it can operate stably at low ambient temperature,mainly because they still stay in their previous understanding of ordinary heat pumps and lack sufficient understanding of low-temperature heat pumps.
The core component that causes the performance difference between low-temperature heat pump and ordinary heat pump is compressor. The reason why the low-temperature heat pump can operate normally under lower ambient temperature is to solve several problems encountered by the conventional heat pump - insufficient heating capacity, low cop and unstable operation caused by low evaporation temperature, low suction flow, large compression ratio and high exhaust temperature.
The first is the internal structure design. The scroll profile of the low-temperature heat pump compressor is designed larger, which means that under the condition of lower evaporation temperature, the low-temperature heat pump can obtain higher working efficiency and lower evaporation temperature working range to adapt to the working environment with large temperature difference.
