What’s the core technology of SolarShine Low Ambient Temperature Air Source Heat Pump?
(1) Jet enthalpy increasing system
1) Jet enthalpy increasing system is a new system composed of jet enthalpy increasing compressor, jet enthalpy increasing technology and high-efficiency subcooler. The combination of these three technologies can provide high-efficiency performance. This is an organic whole, that is, the high-efficiency jet enthalpy increasing compressor, the economizer formed by the high-efficiency subcooler and electronic expansion valve and the high-efficiency heat exchanger together constitute the high-efficiency and energy-saving jet system.
(2) High efficiency heat exchanger
1) Compact structure and high efficiency
High efficiency heat exchange tube, the heat exchange area is 3.7 times that of smooth tube, and the heat transfer efficiency is greatly improved.
2) Countercurrent arrangement
The countercurrent arrangement of cooling water circuit and refrigerant circuit can ensure the undercooling of outlet refrigerant and improve the system efficiency;
3) Adapt to large inlet and outlet water temperature difference
It reduces the amount of condensate circulation, reduces the size of condensate water pipe and the specification of circulating pump; The pump power and operation cost are reduced;
4) Freeze washable
Spiral coil, smooth water flow, easy to implement freezing cleaning;
5) The clearance between the refrigerant circuit and the housing is small: it will not cause the retention of lubricating oil and can ensure the return of oil.
(3) Intelligent defrosting function
Advanced defrosting control mode ensures defrosting function and no wrong defrosting. Defrosting conditions:
1) Coil temperature < - 7 ℃;
2) Defrosting interval > 45min;
3) Heating capacity attenuation 20% (adjustable)
